Our approach
We own and operate our sawmill and pallet nailing facility. That lets us keep wood supply stable across grades, and hold manufactured pallet quality to the level our customers actually need.
For every customer we design the pallet that fits their specific handling equipment, rack format, packaging, and — where it helps — structural calculations. The goal is the most effective pallet at the most reasonable cost, not the most generic one.
We also insist on threaded-nail construction between deck and stringer. It costs more, but it resists forklift stress and prevents deck lift-off that damages cargo. Nail length is chosen by experience: too short weakens the joint; too long breaks the wood.
